Catriona McQueen
Customer Services Manager
Catriona McQueen is the BeYou Customer Service Manager. She will be working to drive service development within the practice and provide a high standard of customer care and support.
Prior to joining the BeYou team, Catriona worked in Customer Services for 25 years in private practice. In this long-serving role, Catriona was integral in establishing improved patient management, from enquiry to discharge and beyond.
Outside of work, Catriona enjoys stained glass making, walking and socialising with friends and family.
