The team > Cameron Raine
Having been awarded a higher surgical degree from the University of Edinburgh, he went on to win two surgical scholarships. The first concentrated on all aspects of breast surgery and was undertaken in the UK. Thereafter, a Royal College of Surgeons travelling scholarship took him to Atlanta, Georgia in the United States to a unit specialising in reconstructive and cosmetic breast surgery. He completed a further fellowship specialising in aesthetic surgery in California, consolidating his experience in all aspects of cosmetic surgery including face lifting, eyelid rejuvenation, female genital reduction, body contouring surgery, breast surgery and liposculpture.
As an NHS consultant, Cameron offers a specialist surgical service for patients undergoing treatment for breast cancer, whilst in the private sector, he concentrates on cosmetic surgery in all its forms and has extensive experience in the non-surgical management of facial lines.
He is a member of the British Association of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons and the Association of Breast Surgeons at BASO.
Outside medicine, Mr Raine enjoys a range of activities varying from art and music to skiing, windsurfing and sailing, and one day, hopes to be able to play the guitar.
